I had a dream about Pizza Hut. There was a liquor store next door.... in a mall. and it was 74º at the zoo. Or was it a dream?
 
going to give this td a whirl. i haven't entered in a long time so i'm looking forward to it. will be making hot wing pizza. going to grill the wings, then grill the pizza. will post more details later.

I started some dough last night, while drinking and on chat. Bad move. But maybe not. Have started a new batch of dough, but am experimenting with ingredients. We'll see if this works out or not......
 
Lunchbox, I finally got to see your video. Sometimes our server acts up (Sat. nights) when there's a lot of traffic. Damn fine pizza. I want to hit that! I'm confused tho, I wanted to see you brown the meat! How'd you do it? LOL :rofl:

I actually set the skillet in the pasture, and called the mother ship down...set it right under a thruster. I'm bummed my last minidisc filled up before the actual makingof the pie, but I guess it's better to have done it then, as opposed to steps that actually require a little explaination. Anyway...this is going to be a real bruiser for a TD! I'm hoping to beat my previous record for votes, and get more than 2!
 
Jay T's BBQ Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza

All the great tastes of the American Classic on a pizza. I made this dough a touch thicken than I usually do so it could stand up to this mountain of toppings. A slice is a meal! Enjoy.

Ingredients:

Dough: All Purpose flour, Cavuto 00 flour, yeast, raw sugar, salt, water, olive oil.

Toppings:

In order of assembly, Buddy's Pepper Lantern BBQ Sauce, Tomato, Mozzarella Cheese, Marble Jack Cheese, Sirloin Burger, Hickory Smoked Bacon, Jalapeno, Red Onion, Dill Pickle Slices, Rocoto, American Cheese,

Garnish: crust brushed with bhut garlic oil, my own pepper powder blend, green leaf lettuce.

I started the dough last night and proofed it in the fridge for twelve hours after a two hour rise on the counter. I rolled out the dough, assembled the pizza and baked in a 500F oven on a pizza stone.

Yeah Scovie, if you are the next person to post after you own post it adds it on to the last one, so I had to wait until you posted to fix it.
