Virgindia Pale Ale - ugggggh lol....
Yeah, tell me about it, lol! Honestly though I went to a tap takeover party by Hardywood at my local Home Brew Shop last month, and they have some of the best bourbon barrel aged beers I've ever tried. Particularly their bourbon barrel aged gingerbread stout, and their epic bourbon barrel aged Belgian quad. I had a pint of 6 of their different BBA beers that night. My wife was pissed!!! It was worth it, though. Hardywood BBA beers FTW!

Where is everybody? I stay crafty..

This is brewed at Two Roads Brewery in my hometown Stratford, CT.  Pretty cool place to go and grab some beers if you're in the Fairfield County area.  They also contract brew some other beers, including Sip of Sunshine by Lawson's

I decided to give this beer another go, even though I had it on draught last year, and wasn't impressed at that time. I noticed on the can that it said that it is brewed in Connecticut, even though I know the brewery is in Baltimore. It looks like they contracted this one out to another brewery to brew and package, and I'm glad they did. Whatever potential changes were made to the recipe at the new location are really good. Super citrusy from the hops, I seriously can't stop swirling and smelling it. I would definitely buy this again, if it's brewed from the contract brewery though, of course.

I did a bit of an intentional hard pour as well...

That's good to know. I'll definitely check out their brewery if I'm up in Connecticut. They did a good job with this brew.

Well after standing in a massive line for over two hours, I finally scored some of this sweet, sweet nectar. This beer is amazing! A massively juicy hop bomb. By far one of the best, if not the best NEIPA I've ever had. The aroma is out of this world. There were people next to me waiting in line that drove in from West Virginia and Maryland, just for this can release. Aslin FTW, this brew is seriously epic!
