Here's a glass of a huge homebrew that's taken months and months to condition, and round out ...

It's essentially a midnight wheat-wine, and it had a phase where it tasted like wine along the way that wasn't good ...

Now, it's nice. Tons of HM01's mulberry preserves were used in it.

Really like this one. Super caramely. Right up my alley.


Pretty good. Super clean and crisp. I wasn't expecting it to be so light. I'd have another though.
