I just bottled up my Açaí Gose. It is a tart son of a bitch, but ended up exactly the way I wanted it to. I'm really stoked to try it out carbonated. I was planning on doing a Berlinner-Weiss for my next sour beer, but I'm going to do another Gose instead.

So's I did a lil' homework and turns out there is a spot that's actually walking distance from my house!!
And they look like they have a decent selection from what I've seen y'all posting 
If any of you's got the time to take a look I'd be stoked for suggestions? I don't know shit about these barrel age beers but they sound interesting?
