beer Being Crafty

These Treehouse and Aslin sound really nice to me I may be up for some trades with Bum and TGCM in a few weeks or so, January is hectic for me but Feb slows down. And I intend to pay forward some to D3 and GM... based on previous posts I've made, I just need to get out of January. :cheers:
 
If it makes you feel better, I've had a box for JHP for 13 months now, I think ...
 
And I have some stuff for Ozzy put aside that's only a little bit less ...
 
I intend to send out some boxes in the next few weeks, actually ...
 
The part I hate about this schedule is that my favorite part of the day is short (night) ...
 
On the plus, though, THP is slow during the day, so I'm getting more work done earlier in the day ... by A LOT ...

On that last wagyu packer I have, I'm going to setup The Smokenator like the 1st one ...
 
Also, I'll use the Maverick instead of the iGrill2 in case the iGrill's not accurate or out of calibration etc ...
 
First one ... best brisket, by a mile ... want that again for that last packer of barbecuing for a while ...
 
Switching gears to kettlepizza and shorter grilling/smoking stuff in the pellet grill ...
