A couple pages late but one my favorite beers is brewed with mosaic. Lizard King by pipeworks. Has a nice pineapple taste to it.

I was gifted this mosaic beer in line at Aslin yesterday. It's not very good, honestly. I think milk stouts are good, but why the hell would someone make a milk IPA? I almost drain poured it, but I decided to chug it quickly instead.

I loaded them up ... the Sump says to refrigerate and drink within 60 days, and frankly, my own coffee-beer experiences confirm how quickly the coffee will depart it ...

We can't have that!
