I'm a pretty big fan of simcoe.  Can't forget about Amarillo, although; I'm pretty sure some beers taste a bit metallic because of them.

I suspect I like Wakatu, Motueka, Waimea, and some other NZ hops too ...
 
But I'm only listing one's where I've had a number of beers that I've liked ...
 
I suspect I like Idaho7, Denali, and I loved the HBC 438 Ales for ALS neomexicanus hops the time I used them ...

Yeah I guess galaxy is another that I really enjoy.  The green diamonds that 1010 sent me were absolutely off the hook.  Ecellent flavor.  Pretty sure that beer had Amarillo hops too.

Galaxy is like Mosaic and Simcoe for me ...
 
Only like it as a minor participant in a medley ...
 
Made an all Galaxy beer ... Zorg ... ended up dumping the 2nd half of the keg.
 
Galaxy starts off Kool and the Gang, but then once the fresh hops flavors fade, the bittering contribution from it and base notes were ... not tasty (to me) ...

Young guy at work is up there skiing with a bunch of friends. Told him if he sees anything from there or Hill Farmstead to pick it up. I keep him stocked with hot sauce all year.

Can smell the similarity with 3rd Anniversary instantly upon cracking open the can ...

Maybe a touch less mouthfeel/body as the 3rd Anniversary ...

Probably as one would expect in giving away a couple of percentage points (ABV) ...

Just as tasty ... but with an increased crush-ability.

I dig that one a lot. If I remember it has a touch of earthiness I like... it is pretty crushable for those that drink big beers...
