Dinner is the only beer i've had that is so good fresh
but @ 30 days it still amazing
it's bottled conditioned and @ 30 days it's darker in color but has a very unique flavor like a bigger brother of dinner

hop-choice, and a yeast that cleans up after itself nicely (and fast) ...
i have very educated guess what yeast it might very well be made with, but no idea re: the hops ...
