I'm also hitting a palate cleansing sour while I bottle up my Berliner Weisse. I have a feeling this one will be a really good Berliner once carbed. It smells like straight up guava, and is super tart, cloudy, and should have a decent body on it, since I threw some flaked wheat in the mash.
