Having watched over time, I think my beer pref Venn overlaps the most with Boss, actually ...

Then D3 ...

Then Ozzy, but he reaches a bit further into some weirdness (to me) ...

Then The Bum, tctenten, mater, and TGCM - whom all drink a bunch of shit I wouldn't select for myself ...

Grassy goes sour too ...
Lol what is this weirdness you speak of?

God damn these are good. Been awhile.

About to make steaks on the weber

Sour beer, for instance ...

USPS: 9405 8036 9930 0415 9836 91

Pick-up won't be until Monday AM, though ...
If you can ever make the trip to Wheebz's place he may turn you too. I never liked a single sour until Wheebz's applesauce beer. It was amazing. And honestly, Side Project in STL is about world renowned at this point. Their shit is on point. Even the stuff that is too sour for me is good. I just trade it for something I'd rather drink. Sour heads love SP.

1010 - I have no beer for you, seriously - all of my beers worth mailing/trading are the booziest of the BA stout-monsters right now. They are all the kind you don't really seem to like. I'm happy to share a bottle of SK's award winning spiced rum made in the barrels that go back and forth between the JDubs stout and the SK Rum Brewer's Special Spiced ... or, I can wait and send homebrew whenever I get there, as you've mentioned ... I've only seen you drink scotch or rye or something, though ...

I like to taste as much beer as I possibly can. Then I know if I'm happy with what I brew. If I taste something I like better then I like to try and figure out how to top it. That's why IPAs are next for me. I've enjoyed some of the ones I've brewed. But I want to prefer what I've brewed. And that hasn't happened yet for IPAs.

The struggle is real ...

My scenario is a little bit different, because the series before the PicoPale was a whole sequence of beers made with hobbled starters ... FML.

I had been making really nice beers before Fast Pitch came onto the market that winter and gave it to me dry ...
