Changed the poppet while the keg was getting a couple of psi CO2, then dropped the floating pickup apparatus of the ClearBeer in an unused but unsanitized nylon hop bag and tied it closed and quickly put it through the main lid and attached it, and then re-pressuried and purged the headspace four times ...

Time to pound it ...

Challenge accepted. It's delicious right now ...

Wheebz says to Biofine and xfer off of it ... so I'll add some real quick, now, and purge it again ...
 
Then I might bottle it for science, and drink one twice a week and to experience the hop fade, changes first hand, on an interval ...

I ended up with a nice haul. Definitely worth the wait, IMHO. I'm going to have to miss the next few can releases due to work, so being able to get a decent allotment of three of my favorite beers at once is awesome.
