Maple Creamies is good if you like sweet beer. It tastes kind of like a semi-flat coca-cola that was sweetened with maple syrup instead of corn syrup.

I have to think through what exactly I want to brew next wave while doing a lot of brewhouse chores today ...
I have a lot of little contraptions that I need to break down, one's built for my old process ...
Need to setup a bunch of tubs of PBW and sanitizer and run it through all shapes and sizes of tubing and connections and shit ...
Going to be meh - but needs to be done to facilitate downsizing and archiving a bunch of the shit that's "out" but not in play any longer ...
I needed to get to where I was doing the whole process before I knew what I would and wouldn't need - so now it's time to make it neat and orderly and less overwhelming and put all the other shit in the closet in the brewery with the big kettles etc ...

Never having to use a funnel - let alone a filtering-funnel - is one of the best aspects of my current system!

Mary's Mornin' FiXXer is a great mix, all natural, great for michelada... I drink more of these than marys now... I like the bubbly and beer taste/richness. Pacifico is the best beer for them imo.
