The taste is in your face bitter grapefruit juice/peel with some great earthy/piney undertones. There's also some caramel-like malty sweetness. The burps do taste like freshly squeezed oj though. This is a true NWIPA. Not really juicy like your NEIPA's

HB aji amarillo Tripel that I brewed last Summer. Man, it's really developed into something special. I have 22 of these flip tops left of it. I'm interested to see how it will taste at the 1 year mark.
