It was good, but I definitely did not think it fit the Mexican Stout parameters.

Yeah it is pretty shallow, not much depth and happy some TF is cold

I know this is a pepper forum but this beer might have too much pepper presence for my liking. It's the first thing you smell when you open the can and the last thing you taste. Pretty crazy though..

My latest, and best batch of NEIPA. I used all NZ hops for the dry hop. Motueka, Waimea, and Wakatu. Thanks again for those hops, GM! It's freaking fantastic. Almost completely opaque, due to dry hopping the Conan during active fermentation, and a healthy amount of flaked oats in the grist. This is definitely the best IPA I'be brewed.
