I rubbed some fresh basil from my garden all over these lamb chops, then hit them with some coarse salt.


My wife said the fatty parts tasted like lamb chicharron...I agreed!


This beer tastes absolutely fantastic still after a few weeks in the can, but WTF is up with all of the floaties? This collab is an absolute disaster aesthetically. Worst floaties I've ever seen in a beer, without a doubt. I wonder if the peaches they used left some type of a pectin haze or something. This beer looked amazing when it was first canned a few weeks ago. IDK, all of these collabs are OK, but the best Aslin beers are their solo projects. At least this one still tastes and smells fantastic.
