Fresh batch of hefeweizen I brewed a few weeks ago. I fermented at 74 degrees for some extra esters. Very pleasant banana aroma. It came out absolutely perfect, especially considering I don't normally brew hefes. I hard poured this beer, but the head is super epic,...thanks flaked barley!

Cheers! This new batch of mind the hop is the best one yet. Definitely my favorite all citra beer, without a doubt. They were already sold out of double orange starfish, and orange starfish when I got the the brewery today, which is a major bummer. It's nice to have mind the hop back in the fridge though, for sure!

My first beer from the all galaxy NEIPA I brewed a few weeks ago. Daaaaaamn it's good! Best IPA I have brewed without a doubt. The aroma is epic, eeeextra creamy mouthfeel, and a flavor that makes you think you are drinking a tropical fruit smoothie.
As soon as the all mosaic session I have fermenting is done, I will be brewing my juice skyhopper again with this yeast and improved water chemistry.

I was there yesterday but not in that damn line. That line existed at 7am and they don't open till noon. 6 pm, no lines, good beer. No cans of course lol. Who cares?
