  a couple picklebacks for a starter kit, and broke out the Paulaner stein so I can do Firebreathers 2 at a time.

This is pretty good. It has a nice lingering roasty bitterness, but I can only detect a trace of horchata.

This is a tropical fruit explosion! The appearance is just like pulpy fruit juice, and the mouthfeel is epic like all of Aslin's other brews. The aftertaste is unbelievable.

Pretty good one, I "float" that one with a scoop. Have some good vanilla bean right now, for later. Mmm.

Awhile back I talked about a hop "sizzle" and it was suggested this was carbonation, similar to a coca cola burn, but I knew it wasn't that. I finally figured it out. It's lupulin powder. When ordering my latest growler, she was explaining the different brews to me, and when she got to this one, she said "It has lupulin powder, which leaves a little burn in your throat" or something like that. I hadn't made the connection yet. Until I was just sipping on it, and got that "sizzle" in my throat. BAM! Okay I am not crazy. The sizzle is real, and it is not carbonation. Definitely lupulin powder beers. Carry on while I enjoy this lupie brew! #sizzle

I'm blown away by this beer. It's so perfectly balanced for its size. To be honest I expected a malty booze bomb like all of the other 3x ipas I've tried, but this thing is silky smooth/sweet and pleasantly bitter at the same time. Wow....just wow.

There are tons of floaties but that doesn't really bother me.
