This is a nice thirst quenching Dunley DDH! Here are a couple of the pork shoulders before I wrapped them in foil and brought them up to 200, then wrapped them in some towels, amd threw them in a cooler for a few hours. Time to make some slaw and black eyed peas.

Mulled mead.

2 year aged HB oaked wildflower mead, cinnamon sticks, cloves, cider, orange fresh ginger. This is a dry mead, so the cider provides the only sweetness. Man, what a delicious Holiday beverage this is. It warms you right up!

The oak from the mead synergizes well with the cinnamon, cloves, and ginger.
