The caramel color of that beer looks amazing. Aji Amarillo is truly a versitle pepper.


Love the bottle too.

It really gave this beer character for sure! Here is a pic of my late best friend guarding the plants that provided the peppers for this beer. He was the best garden guardian/companion I've ever had.

Home Brew New England IPA (AKA Juice Skyhopper) DDH with Galaxy. Damn fine brew, and super aromatic, even after a few months in the bottle.

Meyer lemon and blueberry tart. Shockingly it pairs okay with stout.
