beer Being Crafty

Home Brewed sour saison aged on blackberries. One of the best beers I've brewed, and such a treat to drink. 16 Brett Strains, 3 Sacc strains, 4 lacto strains, and pediococcus did some great work fermenting this beer, plus the 6 lbs. of blackberries that really set the whole thing off. I have received a lot of good feedback about this beer, from some seriously crafty folk. I'm looking forward to drinking more of my long term sours that are almost ready to drink, in early 2018!

How is it?

It was a bit of an evil bitch at first, like drinking a boozy  extremely bitter s'more.   Settled down now , bitter and booze has smoothed out and getting full range of flavours now that a little oxygen is getting at it.
Caramel is mostly in the smell, otherwise everything else is showing up in a fairly subtle way.  Not sure I would repeat but it is growing on me.

Peaky is a good watch.

Watching Bloodline now.
I'll give that Bloodline a watch. I can't really recommend The Punisher. It's pretty ridiculous, but I figured I'd watch the whole thing, in hopes that it would get better.

El Chapo is good, I like it much better than Narcos, since it was filmed with all Mexican actors, in Mexico, and completely in Spanish. I watch it without the subtitles, and it really makes me beleive I'm right there witnessing the story unfold.
