I went there when it was snowing a few weeks ago, and they had a giant tub of freshly sparged wort sitting under a tarp outside cooling down. They are doing some kind of wild ferment with it, and barrel aging it. It was wafting all kinds of steam, and grainy aroma.t0mato said:It's like Willy Wonka!
