This one is bitter and roasty in an awesome way but the mouthfeel is way too thin.

Oh well. I got it on sale for a dollar fifty. This brewery makes some good beers but this one is not one of them.

Not bad at all.  Closest thing to the original Celis White I've had.

Marinate something. Beer mustard and spices is great for chicken.

Great idea. I have a bunch of old beer in my fridge thats just taking up space.

Beer and yellow curry powder also works great. Just throw some chicken in a ziploc.

My first beer from Bearded Iris. It's really good! The DDH is on point, so much citra going on.

They make some great stuff. Im definitely loading up when we drive through on our way to or back from Florida later next month.

Pretty much. Monkish is pretty damn good though. Half of the local breweries I went in had a NEIPA and everyone one of them I was like nope.

That would definitely be a worthwhile pit stop. They seem to pretty much only brew IPAs.

​Florets is an IPA where we have reimagined the recipe of our Broccoli DIPA. Same hops (Mosaic, Simcoe, Hallertau Blanc and Cascade) but in much different ratios and even more crushable.

Nice haul.
Broccoli is really good, hopefully florets will be just as tasty.
