sippin on the Green Flowers. I like it. Nice hop sizzle. Crisp with a watermelon rind aftertaste, picking up oat. i'm not googling it I wanna see how my palate is... brb...

Imperial IPA brewed with oats, wheat, and Vermont ale yeast. Hopped with mandarina bavaria, wai-iti, galaxy, and nelson.

It rides the line of juicy and crisp w/o that heavy mouthfeel or cloying sweetness. Have to say it's very nice, refreshing. The juicy get to me after awhile but those are great too, this is great in between.

Decent, but the Brett on this one is very assertive. The Brett hits hard with a funk then recedes leaving a tart pleasant stone fruit flavor.

Yeh it's not bad by any means, I think funkwerks is usually pretty solid with the provincial series.

This one is much better. Very sour with a brett mix right up front, then a surprising amount amount of super fruity hop flavor mixing seamlessly with the extra fruity apricot. Very tastey.

It's so well balanced. The fruit, the acidity, the saltiness. Everything is perfect. Aslin makes my favorite goses. I haven't had anything close to what they put out.

Last one I had was DDH Scatterbrain. It was so good.

Crazy aroma of fresh pineapple as soon as I cracked it. I don't care for the aftertaste though, almost like chewing on grapefruit pith.
