Thanks. I haven't peaked at them yet, but everything smells great so far. They have been on the smoker for 2.5 hours at 275. One chimney full of Royal Oak, and 4 logs of Hickory. I'll probably check them, and wrap them in the next hour or so.t0mato said:Thanks dude!
