I just cracked the first beer from the batch of RIS I brewed last month. It's actually pretty damn tasty. The coffee doesn't come through as strong as I expected on the aroma, but the flavor is like a slightly sweet, boozey espresso. I bet this one would be epic with GMs nitro gear!

OH is turning 3 years old and apparently they're making a 3rd anniversary DIPA.
 
Dry hopping it 3 times with citra, simcoe, and motueka hops.

I am going to try the other bottle tonight...that doesn't have cardamom.  Hopefully I like it better.
