I got home from Taste of Peru, and decided to finally crack a can of this 18% bohemoth. Damn, it is just like drinking a pressed Vietnamese coffee. The booze is super hidden in all of the flavor. I'm glad I split it with a friend though, because one can would have probably floored me after a loooong day in the sun.

The vanilla has faded a bit, but the rosemary and hops are still running strong. I'll miss Bringo when it's gone. I only have one can left now, and who knows if they'll ever brew it again.

I need to go through my Asian pantry and jellies and hot sauces and spices and do a 1st round cut EVERYWHERE, checking for any expired stuff, or stuff we're unlikely to utilize for any reason ...
