Well, thank you pepperfreak, thats very instructional, just what I needed. And here I was thinking things that had the suffix "-loin" in it would come from the loin area. I also believed that hot dogs were made of unspeakable parts that you might hesitate to eat otherwise(not that it stopped me from eating hot dogs- I used to work at white castle, and I'm pretty sure the 100% beef is organ meat) . I still don't see where the canadian bacon comes from... I thought I read all the fine print....
How 'bout a serving suggestion on that bacon smothered in peppercorns? we'd like to know what the best bacon you can buy looks like out of the package!
