I love me some Eek-A-Mouse (my cousin once found the Mouse's show outside a venue in Trenton--true story!) but Lee Perry's contributions to bashment are probably more profound than any other single individual.  Lately, my most-preferred Scratch chune has been "Favourite Dish," off the Roast Fish, Collie Weed and Cornbread album.

Seen Lee Scratch twice!  :metal: First time was twenty years ago, with Mad Professor on the boards too! Its was at the legendary and notorious Maritime Hall in San Francisco, arguably one of the best sound systems on the west coast at the time. Shit, to this day even. They had Marshall 15" sub box's stacked 20' tall by 30' wide on either side of the stage that were maintained impeccably. Maaaaaan, I really miss that venue.

Saw Scratch in Phila last Fall... incredible show.  He was touring to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the Super Ape disc.
