LUCKYDOG thanks but I'm still not getting it. I know how to do this on FB but having problems here. Care to help more ?

Ok ... I've have a video on YouTube I'd like to post .... this one https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=_bcK0V6v3GA#!

When I open "share " on YouTube I see several options ..... FB ... Twitter ... yada yada . I see Embed & email also.

I tried sending the tune as an email to this thread ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=_bcK0V6v3GA#! ) nada!! What am I doing wrong ?

Peace & Thanks

Doesn't work with HTTPS as the S is for secure links and sites

works with http: - no s though, and nothing on the end like hash or exclaimation marks
like I said before, just use the (media) tag
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=_bcK0V6v3GA

Should do it automatically if you get rid of the 's' in https, and get rid of punctuation marks after the youtube song address (no #, no ! etc)
eg change
Code:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=_bcK0V6v3GA#!

to
Code:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=_bcK0V6v3GA

edit: Yep it does it fine by itself (adds the media tags) as long as the youtube address is right, no httpS, no # or ! etc

If I could I'd move there. I know its poor, lots of violence, blah blah blah, but the locals are sooo happy all the time and healthy and just have a better way of taking care of themselves. OOO how i long for Jamaica! Plus they got hella good ganj for cheap! I'd post a pic but I'm sure that wouldn't be good. Good food, good vibes, just irie mon.

Jamison ... nice shot of "Rick's" . I fell in love with Ja many years ago. One of prettiest yet fuglyest places I've ever been. The people , the culture , the food , the music , are all super. But the lack of dollars for the peoples make it fugly at times. Pot fe cook .... no food fe eat ....... it's a hard place. I wanted to move there at one time. When my wife went with me one time she said "You do fit in better here than home". I'm Yardie at heart. A white Yardie from Tejas . For me there no race-izim from the Yardies. My friends there called me "Rootsman" .... I had been into Reggae for a long time before I went the first time . When people would see me pour a lickle Red Stripe or Ting on the ground for the ones who came before us they didn't see me as tourist. Enough of that sorry ....

The first year I went was for Sunsplash. It was the last it was held in Jarrett Park in MoBay. It was a small soccer stadium and freaky as hell for my first Splash . I LOVED it !! Stampede, pick pocket I punched and all.

Peace,
P. Dreadie

Do any of you Reggae fans play instruments and record stuff ??

Peace,

Has anyone said "Sugar" Minott yet?? He has some really good tunes. Some of them very 80s but some pure roots/reggae amongst it as well.

Steel Pulse never disappoints. Toots is another favorite to see live.

Last year I went to a reggae festival on the big island on a kava farm - that was spectacular. No big name bands, but all quality good vibe music until 03:00 AM, with scattered warm showers blowing through about every 45 mins.

Love me some reggae. :)

I've been playing out Alborosie, really dig his style. He's actually a born citizen of Italy and self taught himself how to play multiple instrument. If you haven't heard of him, check it out.
Barrington Levy, Fortunate Youth...

How about these:

Not traditional reggae, but I love this track:
