I'm grilling something on Saturday not sure what but I might give baby backs another try now that I have my new temp gauge that goes up to a 1000* and I dialed it in yesterday on some boiling water. I think I'll try the method where you use a skewer and make the rack into a circle and do it that way. And after the ribs I will bake a loaf of sourdough  :)
 
Place setter with legs up. Four fire bricks on their side and then stone on top. I always use the parchment indoors or out. The stone was about 440f on the surface and the BGE temp was 475f. I am going to use the same setup for pizza later.
