plants wilt/droop if the temps get too high. It's sort of a defence system, the stomata closes so the plants don't lose to much water.

It looks pretty good to me. I'd leave it alone other than water for a while. What kind of soil is it in? If the soil already has nutrients, giving it anything else might hurt it more than help it.

Overcare can be the hardest on plants, but if that plant sits in direct sun, on cement,backed with bricks.....you may cook it!

The plant has 3 hours of direct sun a day, 35-40ºC and around 14 of light, may I put in direct sun all day?

Take it slow and get it used to more direct sun. Move it a bit farther out into the sun each day so you don't burn it up. It will do fine with full sun. You WILL have to water it more when you do though. They dry out fast at this temp!
