Blair's 2009 Halloween Reserve

Could have been a shill bid to try to get the auction going.
 
That would be my thought, I've seen that happen with a couple of unique items before, they get bought and are right back up for auction, often going for less the second time around. I have to assume it's a matter of someone having a buddy bid up the item for them in hopes of making a couple extra bucks.
 
It happens and ebay usually bans them.
 
let me see if i can start a fire under this thread.so i am diligently surfing ebay and no sooner dose a 2009 halloween reserve show up,i buy it.hesitation was not an option.really...how often do you see those for sale.pics to follow when it arrives :woohoo:

here it is .came in on friday,and i think the two tiny bubbles on it give it its own personallity.in my own opinion i like this one better than the 2011.yeah!
 
Blair's marketing is some of my favorite. Truly a marketing guru. Every "gimmick" I've seen from that company is gold. The limited editions, etc. Their catalog is really impressive.

That is one totally bad ass pumpkin.
