I'm a cracked pepper freak. I put it on everything like some people do with salt and I'm a sucker for cracked pepper chips. So I though today why don't I try a few TBS of fresh cracked pepper in a loaf of sourdough. Well its in the proofing basket and about to go into the oven in an hour or so and I can't wait to try some. Pics to follow.
