food Burgers? Hell Yeah!!

Believe it or not, I was actually thinking of doing a pesto burger myself a little while ago.  How did you like it?  I think it is the tortellini  that got my meter going.

Tortellini?

Pesto?

Could be genius.

Or madness.

I go back to work and don't post for a while and this is what happens?

I reckon its time I posty up some sliders tonight then.

With muenster scheeze.

SoFlo style.

Banana leaves?

Negative ya' big wingnut.

I believe it was Sum that turned me on to the melty schmelty of meunster scheeze.

Oh and a bonus I found today!

Pepperidge Farm Potato Slider Buns.

Ain't ever seen 'em and first time tryin' 'em out tonight.

Got a fresh sixer of Pilsner Urquell to wash 'em down too!

Bah!!! While I admit the PRF are a suitable replacement, they are not in any stretch of the imagination better than Martin's.

*only* for sliders, para mi ...

1) king's hawaiian

2) PF
3) martin's

doesn't really matter if it's:

1) king's hawaiian

2) martin's
3) PF

I guess, LOL!

You're all wrong. Vermont Bread Company Potato Slider Buns are THE best, and no yellow food color!!! LOL.
They also have a more golden brown baked color... and taste!

You got the buns.

Cool.

Now wheres the burger?

Allow me to retort to the previous question.

85/15 ground chuck, smash technique with onions, HBD's 1498 Cauterizer, and mooonster scheeze.

Commenced pie holing.

Still some pink in there too.

So how did I like to be liking the Pepperidge Farm Potato Slider Buns?

They were awesome!

Fluffy, pillowy, and squishy, slightly sweet and just like a great burger bun should be.

Bettern' the regular PF slider buns!

Perfection...  that's the way to be doing it.  I don't see the Cauterizer (quite possibly my favoritest sauce of all), but I believe you that its in there.  I just had me some Monster cheese last week on some smoked turkey subs.  Yummo.  Good to see you back in action The TB.

Sliders cook so fast you only have seconds for a pic.

Here's a pic of the Cauterizer pre-splooge.

Look how spotless that kitchen is!  I could muck that up in five seconds...

You're not even a contender when it comes to messing up The Blues Kitchen.

mrs. blues holds the title.

She only has to look at the kitchen and does $245.37 worth of damage.

I have a place in town that does sliders well, so I've never tried them at home ...

I need to rectify that, I think ... stat.

Looking good, TB ...
