food Burgers? Hell Yeah!!

Yes ... mayo is burger magic.

Mix a little mayo in with your ground and it keeps the meat from getting that over-dry quality that comes with medium and beyond.

For people who eat it genuinely rare, it's probably not a big deal ... but it's magical for the well-done crowd, and a little bit of a booster for Medium too, I think ...

It's an essential ingredient for burgers that will ultimately be reheated, IMO ...

Let me just say this about mayo on a burger.

Dick's.

That's the only joint I'd hit a burger with mayo on it.

Mayo has its uses to me but in a meatloaf or on or in a burger isn't one of them.

Mayo is good when turned into ranch dressing.

Or mixed with shallots and gruyere swiss and on top of a piece of baked halibut.

Dick's bein' the 'ception, I'd rather put ketchup on a burger than mayo.

But I don't ever do that.

Thats a sin.

Cooking with it is different... mayo on top is totally different. Cooking with is just a choice of another fat to cook with.

Hahaha, actually ashen I have never double top my buns, that's just what my buns look like, no lie, just local bakery buns

Nice, I got some elk and bacon. Burgers tomorrow. Probably nothing fancy though. Wifes picky ass already freaking because it's not beef
