In my opinion if somebody has a video on how to make a good burger and they put a topping you don't like, it's pretty easy just not to use it. Did you watch it or just freak out over the lettuce?

I can understand maybe having been beat with a head of lettuce or having been forced to use a sack of beans for a pillow as child. Perhaps some sort of repressed childhood memory.. Shit happens.. I get it.
