What's that white stuff? I'll probably catch hell for saying this but I like an egg on a burger thats not runny and that one looks perfect to my liking. That oozy goozy scheeze meltiness in the first pic looks so good I can overlook the overtoasted bun. Now lets get to the meat...whereda' ooze factor at? Well done is okay but it still has to be juicy. Also the texture looks tight. You played with that meat didn't you!

I'm going to call that burger hot blue and just barely righteous.

Keep the burgers coming WD.

Looking mightay fine WD - First time I was exposed to eggs on my burger was in Venezuela - Threw me for a loop but got used to it after about 6 of 'em

due a egg is usually standard on my burgers. it is called a eastern.

in fact im going to fry up a burger "htere will be no pics cause im drunk and im thining about going to bed, gots to get up early ya know?"

does anyone know what a western is?

Hey TB, pics todayo okayo? No manananannananana BS!

Just made mrs. blues sliders. Didn't even take pics.

Her sliders are boring. Mayo, ketchup & pickles.

I'll do mine later tonight and MIGHT post pics then.

Depends how much cerveza I get into.

Provolone sounds great on sliders.

Provolone sounds great on sliders.

Hopefully you've had real provolone not the deli stuff like Boar's Head that tastes nothing like real provolone. The good stuff is semi-hard and super sharp. The deli stuff, you can't even taste.

TB, as a chef I am sure you have... but just saying... most people don't know what provolone really tastes like!

Boar's Head blows.

Last good prov I had was from DeLaurenti's at Pike Place Market. Not too sharp but with a touch of tang and smokiness.

And provolone is always eaten best sliced off the wheel asap not pre-sliced. It loses something when exposed to air.

TB knows.

Now... onto the sliders.
