Whiskey Sour Tower

Here's how it went down...

Ground chuck with chipotle marinated garlic cloves, smashed, chopped, in patty.
Special rub on each side, for seasoning and a crust.

Fresh brioche burger rolls

Brooklyn Brine Co. Whiskey Sour Pickles (Rye whiskey, chiptoles, serranos, spices etc... yeah best pickles in Brooklyn)

Auricchio aged provolone (12 months)

Onions sauteed on grill in oil and flambéed in Bushmill's whiskey.

Brad's Organic Ketchup (Yes I like ketchup even on burgers like this. It gets a bad wrap. It's a tangy tomato condiment gimme a break!)

I like to be liking that burger but the whiskey sour pickles and brioche bun are throwing me.

I don't like brioche buns.

Every time I've had one they were dry and just too much.

I'm trying to imagine the taste of whiskey sour pickles.....

3..2...1...okay done.

I have no imagination.
 
When I was 15 years old I could eat about 3 of those burgers and probably 5 hotdogs no problemo.

Now I might eat 2/3 of just the burger.

Why is it when you get old your belly gets bigger but you can't eat as much?

I'ma consult my witch doctor.
