Ya got me there..............not as absorbant and a paper towel...but a bit much WD40 in the pan....should have only been on oz of butter. Leaving the lid off the fry pan helps to crisp the bread at a high temp. Some folks place a lid on to melt the cheeses.............that can result into a steamy mess.

I usually butter the bread not the pan. Everything else looks killer.

Damn JHP! Buttered Texas toast? Very nice patty melt!

You absolutely right....my intentions were to butter the outsides like making a grilled cheese. Another trick is to butter the insides...that will get the cheese melting quicker.

I had some oil in the pan leftover from the potatoes......should have wiped the pan clean as planned and started fresh.........darn phone call through me off track.......

Sliders:
Doublestacked, Pepperjacked, SoFlo Man Gravied mayo w/ chopped pickled jala wheels sauced, and sprinkled with raw chopped sweet onion.

Side of ricotta/parsley/BP/garlic pow filled, muenster capped Fresno poppers.

This'll make your tongue smack your brains out.

Whoa. Excellent sliders and lighting! Is that available light or a daylight balanced spot?

Yeah totally looks like window light but soft as during golden hour.

Pretty sure if I ate those beautiful double stacks doused in SoFlo Man Gravy, I would be soft during golden hour too.  I might need a little cuddling.

TB, I almost spat my drink on the computer when I got to the Sum is the most interesting man in SoFlo comment.  Thanks for that.
Also, thank you for that wonderful review of drunken frozen food.  I think I shall do the same in return.  I have been eyeing up some TGIF frozen buffalo wings.  Wait... I might do one better, I might go for the McD's Mighty Wings while they are still around.  Anyway, I have been away from this thread for a bit, and it was a great way to start my day!  Cheers.

I am going to the shoh' to get some good ground chuck.  I am going to try out a batch of "TB's Onion Smash Sliders" on some patrons tonight as samples.  Pics manana if I remember.

Remember, he uses soyrizo instead of beef. That's the trick.
