Well its just to damn hot to grill and I wanted bratwursts .... got some Saags brats.... grilled some onions in butter, added some Worcestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, and dark beer.  Boiled until the beer was almost evaporated, put the brats into an onion and broiled till crisp.   Then boiled the rest of the beer away and caramelized the onions.  Added some veggies to make it healthy :)

Damn it was tasty.

Nope, the local stores only had a selection of beat up lookin Jals.  I don't know whats going on around here but I cannot for the life of me find a good selection of peppers.  And I dont have my own due to moving mid season.  Cant wait to get my 20x40 plot up for next season though.

Half my family is Mexican heh.  So this is like a mashup of us pasty white people and my over the border uncles as they call it :p
