My teenagers LOVE to stuff pita bread with these sausages and dress them with mix of sour cream and scallions.

Ground chicken
Bacon
Onion
Garlic
Parsley leaves
Jalapenos or any other hot pepper
Salt
Black pepper
Bread crumbs
Egg
