the under one on the left looks like the guy has a small deformed chin (SalsaKid's words), the over one on the right looks photoshopped/artificial.
Why not raise the head up a little so it's centered in between B'More and Nutters? There's plenty of room, and then the chin would be visible and not chopped off. The flames could go out to the side a little more if necessary, I think putting the forehead behind the letters is better than putting the chin behind the letters.
