SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!:hot::fire:

Have you given Dick T a pic yet Derek?

Oh yeah the Sauce!! 30 pods in each bottle? Your insane.

But there's five chilies not seven.

Oh, I think I get it. One sauce per deadly sin. Duh.

sounds wild.
but how do you get 30 pods in a bottle?
I only ask as the average chilli ways between 5 and 9 grms.
then to give 20 % minimum vineger or lime and other ingrediants?
At a guise I'm thinking your drying your pods first?
I'm not having a go at you I'm curious.
cheers

You got it....7 different sauces, all different in their own right. I'm going to try and match the sin with the sauce as best as possible. Making each sauce available singularly and also as a wicked, very different sauce package! Cant wait to do WRATH!:onfire:

lol Hot pepper I didn't take that into account. Yes sorry I was assuming your using 150 ml 5 oz bottles.
how many strawberries to a bottle I wonder?

All cool Mick....I guess this is where i want to hang onto this idea. Trying to be unique I guess! (my mum says i'm unique...lol!)But... Some are dried....its an experimental type way im cooking! its certainly not going to be a runny sauce hey! But it seems to be working thus far.

like a reduction/ extraction process. It sounds interesting. I've messed around with similiar ideas but I haven'r managed to crack it yet. I bet its going to be wild hot.
I pity the fool who eats a tablespoon of this stuff lol.
Like you say hot in hot out.
