Coolest random sight ever

I filmed this today (December 8, 2011) shortly after exiting the dentist's office. What a beautiful animal!

Please give my video thumbs up for higher ratings! :D

It didn't seemed phased by you being there at all! I once found an injured Peregrine Falcon in my mates front yard sitting on an old log.
Poor thing didn't survive though. Raptors are awesome.

wow, that pidgen looks like it exploded.

Hahahaha

Actually, I could tell it was uncomfortable. Once I got close enough to take nice photos of it, it kept looking at me every other moment, and when I got a little TOO close, it even threatened me by jumping in place and flapping its wings rapidly. I think it was too hungry and preoccupied by its meal to bother moving away from me.

That sucks about the Peregrine Falcon; Raptors are indeed very cool!

Sweet though that bird never took its eyes off you they have like 320 degree line of sight, I've scene em kill a pheasant before, its crazy how fast they kill.

Great video! We're lucky enough to have healthy populations of several raptor species in Missouri. I got to see a bald eagle take a fish out of the icy Missouri River once, one of the coolest things I've ever seen!

Very cool. I been in my home for 5 years now. First time this past month I actually had a hawk in the back tree. He was looking for a dove to eat, as my neighbor told me that it had eaten three in his yard the past two weeks. I was surprised by how big the thing was up close in person. Nice little video.
