CORALINE

FREAKING AWESOME!!!

Makes most live action horror flicks look like child's play.

No JOKE.

It was a little too scary for my five year old, but I couldn't turn it off.

Better suspense and horror than anything I've seen in years.

What a plot!

They could have made a completely cult classic live action movie from this script.

I gotta see this soon - looks excellent. It's based on a book by Neil Gaiman and he's written some pretty weird stuff. I love things like this - it makes a change from the run-of-the-mill stuff.

After 5 minutes, you forget it is stop animation.

My 5 year old insisted on watching it again today!

I figure that if she was permenantly scarred, it happened last night, when she saw it the first time.;)

Why not? She's a chip off the ol' block.

Yup, saw this in 3D and it rocked! Was a bit difficult to watch wearing both my glasses and the 3D jobbers though. Almost seemed to be too much for most kids.

Kids like to be scared a little, don't ya think? Like when you read em a slightly scary night time story - they know it's make-believe but their eyes still go wide with shock. You can't buy moments like that.

just saw it. i could definitely see it freaking out kids at certain parts, but 90% of it was like watching a kids cartoon. I was expecting it to be a bit more "adult suspense" kinda movie so I can't say it did much for me.

worth watching. very unique and an interesting story. amazing visuals, but as far as it being a "movie for adults", it really isn't one.

Amazing visuals, unique and interesting? That beats out all of the adult movies currently in the theatre.....

I DO have kids. I DO like flapjack and spongebob. So my idea of things may be a tad skewed, but I also liked The descent and house of 1000 corpses (hears can o' worms being opened ;)).

Also the button eyes????that shit was freakish. "let me remove your eyes and sew on buttons????"So step off motherphucker!!lol.just kidding

I agree this was a great movie. Neil Gaiman is a master of modern fairy tales.

For those of us with kids, these movies are a rare treat.

Something that keeps the kiddos occupied and is entertaining to us!
