This is my never ending grow log, started in January 2011. I have bhut jolokias, chocolate habaneros, and red caribbean habaneros growing this year. Next year i will have a larger variety so stay tuned for that!

got a QP of Brain Strain in the mail today from Cappy and made some super hot sauce! 
then i got inspired and used a bunch of my bhuts to make a ridiculously hot sauce

just finished up my first pepper mash of the season. had the peppers fermenting for 50 days. 1 quart of chocolate habs and red caribbens made me 3 bottles. turned out awesome! 
Nice. Don't see too many of those here. I hope to eventually grow some of those in the next few seasons.starting to set pods

yeah i love growing peppers all year. its a fun hobby plus i love hot sauce on every meal. i have over 75 bottles of sauce in my fridge right now if any members out there would like to try it! hit me up in the marketplaceI'm so jealous that you can start seeds year around.
