craft beer

That's a damn fine looking recipe there GM! I plan on making the jump to AG later this year, once I buy a new house. For now, I have to work with what I got, or brew AG batches at a friends house who has the equipment.

I dig Clown Shoes brewery.  Thier Tramp Stamp ale is a good session beer.

Continuing the local brewery tip:

Not sure. But I'd guess either simcoe/Amarillo and possibly Galaxy or even citra. Not sure if they change their recipe. It's really fruity and the honey just gives a little sweetness. Very good though. Glad I picked up 12 because there weren't many there. I may grab more tomorrow. $17 a sixer.

Here's what it says on the Bells website:

"Starting with six different hop varietals added to the brew kettle & culminating with a massive dry-hop addition of Simcoe hops, Bell's Hopslam Alepossesses the most complex hopping schedule in the Bell's repertoire. Selected specifically because of their aromatic qualities, these Pacific Northwest varieties contribute a pungent blend of grapefruit, stone fruit, and floral notes. A generous malt bill and a solid dollop of honey provide just enough body to keep the balance in check, resulting in a remarkably drinkable rendition of the Double India Pale Ale style."
