Honestly, you don't want that yeast in the bottle for an IPA I don't think ... it taste's like a Hefe w/ a grapefruit sprintz ...
When you bottle out of the kegs, there won't be a need for yeast to go in the bottle on an IPA, and I presume any IPA as such will be a better IPA ...
It's better than the Bear Republic Racer X was, but similar problem and in that case I poured it down the drain ...
Your yeast is a lot more fresh, so it wasn't really nasty like the Racer 5 ... but I def experienced it in a hefe-like way ...
No off-flavors otherwise at all that I noticed, and not sparkling =)
PS - I checked that the yeast settled at the bottom, but I didn't account for some being up under the cap - I swished the remaining bottle and made sure it was in solution, before placing it upright on the door with the hot sauces ...
