Thanks. Let the other one sit for awhile. Will help with the floaties.

Honestly, you don't want that yeast in the bottle for an IPA I don't think ... it taste's like a Hefe w/ a grapefruit sprintz ...

When you bottle out of the kegs, there won't be a need for yeast to go in the bottle on an IPA, and I presume any IPA as such will be a better IPA ...

It's better than the Bear Republic Racer X was, but similar problem and in that case I poured it down the drain ...

Your yeast is a lot more fresh, so it wasn't really nasty like the Racer 5 ... but I def experienced it in a hefe-like way ...

No off-flavors otherwise at all that I noticed, and not sparkling =)
PS - I checked that the yeast settled at the bottom, but I didn't account for some being up under the cap - I swished the remaining bottle and made sure it was in solution, before placing it upright on the door with the hot sauces ...

No, and actually kind of helpful too ... it confirmed my hops preference order that I was talking about yesterday ...

It's pretty fucking hopped up, too, from the taste of it ... how many IBU's was this? ... it tastes like it leans more towards early hopping than late hopping to me ...

I like LH - but meh ...
