craft beer

Yum...although I was expecting a little more difference with the Citra hops. I still want to give them a shot though in brewing. I think Simcoe is my favorite though in IPAs so far. I think the 2 would go well together.

The Citra in that beer, is not as pronounced as in the one I homebrewed ...

For that matter, it's not as pronounced in the Evil Twin either ...

The fresh homebrew Citra flavor is where it's at ... from the keg ... FRESH! ...

Those first couple of days, it smelled like McD's OJ ...
Now ... still working, but now that I'm back from Publix (w/ pizza dough for later) ...

D3 treated me to some Gumballhead, and it's every bit as delicious as it's billed to be ...

... a beautiful instance of beer made w/ prominent wheat flavors, really.

Just loving these beers which are hoppy as all hell, but not bitter in the slightest ...

If I can open up and drink without my face puckering, I'm a happy camper ...

Good job 3F, thx D3!

Enjoying the ale asylum hopalicious. Surprisingly tasty and goes down really smooth. The cascade hops come through well. I'll buy it again. If you spot it at a local shop i'd recommend it grant. Especially since you like hoppy but not bitter. This one has no bitterness especially for a APA

I downloaded the beer menu app for my phone per a buddies suggestion. Hopefully will help me on my beer quests.

the oak is pronounced, and this one I can imagine would have taken well to some aging ... I'm pretty sure of that, actually ...

for me, tasty right now too ... but maybe i'll pick up another bottle to stash away ...

As soon as I saw this I asked my daughter to bring me up some when she comes to visit over the holidays.
We went to the Funky Buddha when we visited back in March, and liked most of what we tried.
Got my fingers crossed!
