food-bev craft beer

Definitely was. I need to try more beer styles I haven't had. I also need to buck up for a temperature controller too so I can lager. I'd like to brew a Dunkel as well as some other cold ferment beers.

I think I'm going to pick up some different beers tonight on my way home.
Most likely a St. Benardus sampler.
